Our support workers provide assistance with a wide variety of community-based activities, including:

• Attending Events & Sporting Games: Whether it’s a local footy match or a concert, we help clients stay connected with their passions.
• Parks, Beaches & Bush Walks: We encourage outdoor adventures like visits to parks, bush walks, or a relaxing day at the beach.
• Transport Assistance: From running errands to attending appointments, we ensure safe and reliable transport.
• Catching up with Family & Friends: We facilitate meaningful social connections, helping clients visit family or friends and maintain strong relationships.
• Dining Out & Social Outings: Whether it’s a casual coffee, a meal out, or enjoying a cuppa at a café, we support clients in creating enjoyable, social experiences.

Our Community Access program is tailored to what each individual wants and needs (funding permitting). We believe in advocacy and personal choice, ensuring clients have the opportunity to fully participate in their community and enjoy the activities that matter most to them.
