How to Provide Feedback or Make a Complaint

What Can You Provide Feedback About?

You can provide feedback or lodge a complaint about any part of our service, including:

  • The quality of support you receive
  • Staff conduct or professionalism
  • Communication and responsiveness
  • Health, safety or wellbeing concerns
  • Privacy, dignity and respect
  • Adherence to NDIS standards

Once we receive your feedback or complaint, we will:

  1. Acknowledge your feedback within one (1) business day.
  2. Review your submission carefully, involving our management team or a designated complaints officer.
  3. Act on the matter to address any issues promptly, fairly and confidentially.
  4. Respond with an update on the outcome and actions taken.

Our goal is to resolve all matters within 14 business days. If further time is required, we’ll keep you informed along the way.

If you need help to submit feedback or a complaint, you can ask a trusted family member, friend, support coordinator or advocate to assist you. Independent advocacy services are also available to support you.
